ENTRY Realty School provides Principles of Real Estate Salesperson and Broker prelicensing
courses and instruction for Continuing Education (CE) and Post Licensure (PLE) classes. All of ENTRY's educational
products are designed and written by staff members, who also teach the courses. ENTRY's instructors are all working professionals who use their
real-life experiences to give context to their teaching.
ENTRY Realty School central
classrooms are located at: EXIT First Realty in Glen Allen,
VA, and EXIT Realty Deierling & Associates, Williamsburg, VA. Additionally, ENTRY instructors
will travel anywhere within a 50-mile radius from Richmond, VA, or Williamsburg, provided there are 8 or more registered
students. Courses may be hosted by anyone at a location of their choice. ENTRY instructors bring the courses to you the student - saving
you travel time and expense. Standard enrollment fees apply and there are no additional costs. Hosting Brokers
have the opportunity to introduce their firm and its team to students and Broker candidates.
As an ENTRY Realty School “Principles” or
“Broker” student, you have full enrollment rights until you pass the Virginia state licensing exam.
If desired, individual coaching can be arranged prior to sitting for the state license exam. Classes are scheduled on
a continuing rotation basis. You can join a course at anytime; with the assurance you will receive the full
cycle of instruction. Classes may be repeated as many times as needed, at no additional cost.
ENTRY Realty School
focuses on teaching the information necessary to pass licensing exams (in the case of prelicensing courses) and to acquire
useful knowledge and measurable skills that add to real estate professionalism. ENTRY avoids courses lacking in
practical application and discards outdated or discredited material. All topics are reviewed by accredited subject matter
experts prior to submission to the Virginia Real Estate Board and subsequent use in the classroom.
ENTRY Realty School's
instructional faculty believes
in reinforcing instruction by repetitive testing, using ENTRY's own series of textbook-based questions, as well as quizzes
included in the classroom textbook. ENTRY uses a well-proven, student-endorsed method that includes discussion of any
test material and justification of responses. All of ENTRY's classes rely heavily on the give-and-take of discussion.
Lecture-only presentations are kept to an absolute minimum.
ENTRY Realty School commits to individually-focused instruction methods, and recognizes
that people learn and retain information differently. ENTRY's instructors are readily available to students both on-line
and by phone, to answer questions and resolve study issues.
