The “PRINCIPLES OF REAL ESTATE" course is
the basic class for those entering the real estate profession. Course requires 60 hours of accredited classroom time,
involving a combination of classroom instruction, self-testing. and reading. A single course which, for teaching
purposes, has been grouped into four areas of industry specialization. Course must be completed and a school end-of-course

BROKER LICENSING
BROKER LICENSING: Requires
footsoldier experience with minimum of three (3) years as salesperson before sitting for the the state's Broker
License examination. ENTRY Realty School encourages real estate salespersons to enroll in Broker courses
after one's second year in the real estate industry. This gives students sufficient time to complete the
educational requirements necessary to sit for the State Licensing Broker Examination. A Broker license removes
the limitations imposed on salespersons and opens up an unlimited range of involvement as a real estate professional. BROKER – PROPERTY
